That was certainly my experience.
For years I struggled with “treatment resistant depression”, debilitating anxiety, and Acute PTSD.
Desperate to find a solution, I spent over $300,000 on every imaginable therapy to try find a way to feel better.
Fortunately, through trial and error and a lot of money spent, I was able to get through the worst of it. But I still carried around a lingering sadness that I couldn’t seem to shake.

There are two big problems with traditional therapy…
Problem #1 - Most Therapy Isn’t Very Effective
Unfortunately, many well-meaning therapists are poorly trained in the modalities they use.
It’s sad , but true. I’ve met with hundreds of them, and knowing what I know now, there are only a small handful I would ever work with.
My mind and my emotions are too important.
Yours are too.
And even when you’re working with a well-trained therapist, it can be really hard to know which therapy would be the most effective for you.
There are over 300 Mental Health Therapies on the Market, each with varying levels of effectiveness, healing mechanisms, and timelines.
Problem #2 - Most Therapy is Like Driving in First Gear
“If we can just change our thinking” the story goes, “then we can change how we feel.”
Mmmm…maybe.
