Hi, I'm Ryan.
I know what it's like to want to feel different. Most of my life, something just felt…off. Feelings of joy and peace were elusive, and frequently tainted by fear and depression.
At one point, it got so bad that I spent 5 years and over $300,000 trying to change the way I felt. I tried every therapy I thought might help. Some did. Some didn’t. But in the end, I didn’t feel much better than I did before.
